Shipping policy

At Luscious Berries, we’re committed to delivering the freshest and most delicious berries straight to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process, pack, and deliver your orders.

 

 

 

1. Processing Times

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 6 PM AEST (or on weekends/public holidays) will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship across Sydney Metropolitan Area.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our berries, some remote or regional locations may have limited delivery availability. If we cannot ship to your address, please contact us directly. 

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • 2 days notice is required.
  • Cut off time is 6pm AEST. 
  • Select an available date after this period that you wish for your item(s) to be delivered.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

 

 

5. Perishable Goods Handling

  • We recommend being available to receive the order at the time of delivery.
  • Once delivered, Luscious Berries is not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed collection or exposure to heat.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier.

7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure all address details are correct at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we cannot resend the same perishable items. A new order may be placed at the customer’s cost.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care when packing your berries. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will assess and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
